ABOUT BRITTANY

A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Brittany has obtained a bachelors degree in Public Relations with a minor in Business and Spanish. After working as a Marketing Director/Graphic Designer for 11 years, she decided to switch things up in her career.

She studied and received her certification as a Personal Trainer and later a certification as a Specialist in Fitness & Nutrition through ISSA. She has gone on to open her own gym, Empire Personal Training LLC. Brittany has competed in several NPC Body Building Competitions in the bikini category placing 3rd in Novice and Open by coaching herself for the first time this past August, 2019. She plans to continue competing as a bikini bodybuilder in the following years as well as grow her Empire Team.
